The application process has 3 stages as outlined below. The Prospectus, Application Form & Fees Information and can all be downloaded from this page (see below). Download Admissions Form | Download Prospectus (requires a PDF reader) STAGE 1: Making the Application If you would like to apply to the school you may call us to obtain a school prospectus and application form, or alternatively you can download both documents from this website. If you would like to look around the school, hear from some of our students and talk to staff, we would be delighted to see you at our Open Day on Tuesday October 16th 2007 from 10.00 to 12.20pm. If you cannot make this date or time, then please contact the school office to arrange a more convenient time.
STAGE 2: Entrance Examinations Following receipt of your application your son will be invited to sit for our entrance examinations. This will be a full day in which your son will take tests in English, Mathematics and Islamic Studies. The examinations are exclusive to Brondesbury College and aim at testing both the attainment and the potential of prospective students. As part of our equal opportunities policy, the content and format of all examination papers, past and present, is confidential and will not be given to parents/carers. There is a fee of £75 for administering the entrance examinations. STAGE 3: Interview Procedure If your son has been successful in the entrance examinations, you will be invited with your son for an interview shortly thereafter with the Principal of the College, Mr. D. S. Clifton. At the interview or soon after you will be informed if your son is to be offered a place.
STAGE 4: Offer of a Place & Enrollment Once your son is offered a place at the College, you will be sent several documents including the contract, Home/School Agreement and a selection of school policies for your information. Details of the school uniform will also be provided to you at this stage. You will be required to complete and return all the required documentation so that your son can be enrolled on at the College. Fees payable for this stage: £100 administration charge for enrollment + £100 deposit, which is refundable upon leaving the school.
